Head Coach of Ikorodu City Football Academy, Washington Egor has confessed that their match against ISGAT Athletics Football Club in the 1XBET Cup final would be a tough one.
The final would hold on 16th,October afternoon at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena popularly known as Onikan Stadium.
To reach the final stage,Ikorodu City Academy defeated Nath Boys 4-1 on penalties after one goal apiece at the regulation time in the semi final.
While ISGAT Athletics shocked Dosu Joseph FC 2-0 to book a place in the final.
Speaking ahead of the final, Egor popularly known Black Mourinho said his boys are in serious preparation and urged his fans to pray for their victory.
“The final would be a tough one and our opponents are equally a good side.We are aware of the task ahead and I am optimistic of good outing.
“It’s our first appearance in this major tournament and it’s a big clash between the top biggest Academy in Lagos. I hope it will be great game but hopefully the cup will come to ikorodu City”he concluded.
