Samjason Football Academy are still intensifying their effort to close the gap between them and Pro Foot Academy on the table as race for the league title is getting tougher in the ongoing Alimosho Football Coaches Council U-16 League taking place in Lagos.
The league, which enters week 14 this weekend, saw Pro Foot topping the table with 36 points after playing 13 matches, while Samjason occupy second position with 29 points after playing same matches.
Sammy, who played 12 matches so far occupy third position with 23 points, while Kedge Sport gather 19 points after playing same matches.
Divine Stars occupy the last position on the table with five points after playing 11 matches, while IGFC maintain are in the nine position with seven points after playing same matches.
Speaking on the League, league coordinator, Noah Omotunde expressed satisfaction with the standard of the league but frowned over some coaches whose teams still have some outstanding matches to play.
Meanwhile, some outstanding matches will be played across centres on Tuesday and Wednesday, while week 15 matches will hold on weekends.
