AFCC Organises Free Medical Check-Up For Members, Outlines Other Programmes

In a bid to ensure that football coaches are medically and physically fit, the Alimosho Football Coaches Council AFCC recently organised free medical checkup for its members.

All council members enjoyed the free medical check up and they were satisfied with the works of medical personnel.

Some of the coaches who spoke to our correspondent expressed satisfaction and noted that the free medical check up helped them to know their current medical status.They aslo urged the council to organise such a programme before this year runs out.

In his own remark, Leader of AFCC, Samuel Unchenna, Eke said the free medical check up is necessary for its members so that they can know their medical status.

He described the free medical check up a successful one and urged his members to do a regular check up and take time to rest before going for their training session.

On the other hands, the council has lined up some of its activities for the remaining months.

According to Eke, the council would organise U-14 league sheduled for August 2024,a seminar for all coaches would also hold the same month, while free age AFCC League would come up on September 30th 2024.

Others activities lined up are Coaches Penalty Challenge sheduled for November 30th, while Alimosho Football Coaches Council Day Celebrations would hold on Thursday 7th December 2024.
