Friday, November 1, 2024 would witness an epic clash in the ongoing Alimosho Football Coaches Council Championship as Seamoriow Football Academy and Samjason Football Academy who are favourite to win the league tackle each other in the week six match which football pundits tagged as a title deciding fixture.
The much anticipated epic clash holds on Friday by 12:30noon at the French Village sports center, Badagry.
Although Samjason are currently leading the table with 13 points.Seamoriow are hot on their heels with 7 points with one outstanding game.
Sammy are occupying second position with 8 points on the table having played five matches follow by Seamoriow who have 7 points with one outstanding match to be played.
If Samjason beat Seamoriow and eventually lose their last match, Samjason would emerge as champions. A draw for Samjason in their remaining two matches also give them the leadway to win the league.
Out of six points up for grabs, Samjason just need two points to officially emerge as champions no matter the outcome of other matches.
If Seamoriow win their remaining three matches and and Samjason just lose a match out of their two matches, both teams would tie the same points on the table log and the the league management committee would look into their goal differences and goal forward to determine the real winner.
Sammy FC who have the slim chance to win the league would wish Samjason and Seamoriow to lose their remaining matches and their two wins may crown them as champions.
In other week six matches, Attention FC face Sammy FC by 8:30am, Zion Breed FC battle Kedge Sports by 10:30am, as SSFBC boys confront Realms Athletic by 2:30pm.
The league championship which kicked off a month ago is being orgainsed by Alimosho Football Coaches Council under the leadership of Samuel Uchenna Eke.
Meanwhile the he league is supported and approved by Ikeja Divisional Football Association IDFA and Badagry Divisional Football Association BDFA.
