Alimosho Football Coaches Council has congratulated Head Coach of B United Football Academy, Olawale Azeez Badru for winning the just concluded Seamoriow U-15 League Championship.
B United emerged winners after defeating Miracle FA in the final of Seamoriow U-15 League Championship which was held on Sunday at the Seamoriow Sports Complex, Ikotun, Abaranje Road, Alimosho, Lagos.
In his statement issued to our correspondent on Monday, Leader of Alimosho Football Coaches Council, Uchenna Samuel Eke commended B United for its historic feat, saying that the team coach, who is a member of the council, did wonderfully well in all the matches.
Eke described the victory well-deserved and commended the players who gave their best throughout the championship.
“Alimosho Football Coaches Council under my leadership congratulate Coach B United Coach,Azeez Olawale Badru and the players for the victory recorded over their opponents.This is a good news for the council because out of 16 academies from various places in the state, our coach from the council won the best Coach of the tournament and his team also emerged as champions.
“Once again on behalf of Alimosho Football Coaches Council, I congratulate the entire staff and management of B United for this historic victory and honour they brought to the council.We also wish the team success in its subsequent competitions in the state,” he said.
