Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) General Overseer, Pastor Enoch Adeboye, sees the possibility of a recovery in the naira, this time higher than the US dollar.
A report in Punch says the the dollar’s buying rate in the black market is around N915 and its selling rate is around N918,
Nigerian businesses and the cost of living have suffered greatly, one reason for the decline being the fuel subsidies removal.
Adeboye made the prediction during the monthly thanksgiving service for September with the theme: “Extraordinary Miracles”.
According to the revered clergy, there was a time when the naira competed favourably with the US dollar.
He said, “There will be days when Naira will be stronger; Those glorious days will come back, when they come back you will know.
Adeboye emphasized that miracles mean something special and pointed out that they are often incomprehensible to many.
He explained how God had given him simple testimonies that many people could not believe.
“A miracle is something absolutely extraordinary. God can give you a miracle that will be difficult to share,” Adeboye added.
