Organisers of the ongoing Humis Memorial football tournament have postponed the semi final matches which scheduled to hold today at Federal Medical Center, Iyana-Era Following the passing of BDFA Acting Leader, Osahon Emokpae.
Osahon died yesterday morning after a brief illness.Before his demise, Osahon team were participating in Humis Memorial football tournament which kicked off some days ago.
Osahon team, Young Stars FA are among the teams that qualified for semi final which was postponed till Monday due to his dead.
Match coordinator, Sunday Ehon in his condolences message sent to our correspondent described his dead a rude shock to football family in Badagry division and entire Lagos and prayed for the late family the fortitude to bear the loss.
He explained that Osahon before he died was not only a well respected football coach and he was also an honest football administrator throughout his coaching career.
Ehon who doubles as Chairman of Tico Football Club condoled the entire board of Badagry Divisional Football Association BDFA, football coaches and club owners in Lagos over the sudden death of BDFA leader.
