The stage is set for a thrilling finale in the JOF U-13 Football Tournament after VI Foot IJORA and Fortune FA Oshodi emerged victorious in their respective semi-final matches played at CMS Primary School, Bariga, Lagos.
VI Foot IJORA secured their place in the final with an impressive 3-1 victory over Soccer City FA Iwaya, demonstrating resilience, skill, and tactical discipline throughout the encounter. In the second semi-final, Fortune FA Oshodi produced a dominant display to defeat Ultimate FA Coker 4-0, sealing their passage to the championship match in emphatic fashion.
The results have set up a mouthwatering final between two of the tournament’s most outstanding teams, both of whom have impressed spectators with their quality and consistency.
Speaking after the semi-final matches, Mr. Adeyinka Adetunji, Managing Director of JOF Nigeria Limited, Transportation Division, who is also the Chairman of the JOF U-13 Football Tournament Organising Committee, expressed satisfaction with the standard of football displayed by the young players and reaffirmed the company’s commitment to youth development through sports.
