First timer, Klassisch Football Academy of Ajegunle have booked a place in the final of Jagaban Cup after defeating SGFC Athletics FC 1-0 on Saturday morning at the FIFA legacy pitch of National Stadium, Surulere, Lagos.
The Ajegunle based team would face Broad City FC in final sheduled to hold on Sunday by 9am at the FIFA legacy pitch of national stadium Surulere, Lagos.
Klassisch proved bookmakers wrong today after shocking their opponents in the last group match.With this victory, Klassisch top the group A with seven points having won two and drew one.
The group leader in each group would play in the final, while the second position in each group would clash in the third place match.
Broad City despite their 1-2 defeat against Smart City,they still top the group and qualified for the final having won their two previous matches.
In other results, FC Bethel shocked 36 Lion 1-0, while Ikorodu City humbled Mavlon FC 2-0.The third place match would come up earlier tomorrow between FC Bethel and Ikorodu City.
