Chairman of Larry Football Club of Agege, Olanrewaju Ebenezer Sanyaolu has tasked the players who are coming for the open screening exercise to be disciplined and show commitment throughout the three days exercise.
The much anticipated 3-day screening exercise would commence on Thursday morning from 10am at the NYSC camp, Iyana-Ipaja, Agege, Lagos.
Speaking ahead of the Thursday screening, Sanyaolu told our correspondent that the three days screening exercise would be supervised by high profile coaches and charged the players to be of a good conduct and be committed to the programme.
He noted that any player forment trouble during the screening process would be asked to go immediately.
“We want disciplined players in Larry. This is a club that is not active for the past 15 years and recently we have revived the club with the support of our past players, friends and well wishers in Agege and environs.
“The coaching crew and my humble self have taken discipline as a watchword so players who are coming should be disciplined enough and show commitment throughout their screening exercise,” he said.
Sanyaolu disclosed that the screening exercise is part of the management decision so that any player being selected would be registered in Larry FC.

He however assured their fans that the club would be back and stronger in the next few months saying that Larry would soon become household name in Lagos and country at large.
Meanwhile, players within the ages of 17 through 25 are eligible to partake in the screening exercise. The exercise is designed to identify young, gifted, disciplined and highly motivated footballers with the potential to rise to the next level.
