Eight football teams around Alimosho in area of Lagos are expected to take part in the U-10 Prince Gas football tournament.
The annual competition would kick off on Saturday with the opening match between D.Horlla boys against Sunyun FC by 11:30am at the Ore-Ofe Grammar School,Liasu Road, Council Bust Stop,Idimu,Lagos.
Super Accurate would tackle Sharp.Strikers by 1:30pm at the Community Primary School,Ikotun.
Match coordinator, Prince Sulaiman Gbadamosi said eight teams within Alimosho registered for the tournament and urged the teams that are yet to complete their payment should do so before the weekend.
He said all the remaining matches would be played at the Igando proposed playground noted that the competition is designed to allow the kids to showcase their talents and also bring healthy rivalry among football academies in Alimosho and its environs.
In other match fixtures sent to our correspondent, Diamond boys face IGFC next Thursday by 5pm, while Fathfu2 tackle Puma FC next Friday by 5pm.
