Chairman of Chekas United Feeders Football Club,Chekwube Uzoegbo has confessed that their home match against Lekki Junior Strikers FC would be tougher and cautioned his players to remain focused.
Uzoegbo disclosed this while chatting with our correspondent recently at the club training session.
Chekas United Feeders would welcome Lekki Junior Strikers in week 11 of Lagos State League on Wednesday by 3pm at the CVD Volks field,Ojo, Lagos.
Lekki Junior Strikers defeated Chekas United Feeders 2-1 in the first leg and the return leg would be a tough one for homers in tomorrow’s game.
Uzoegbo admitted the threat their opponents pose but noted that his coaching crew and players are ready to give their best.
“Lekki Junior Strikers are very dangerous team now.If they can beat group leader, Team,360 last week,I think they are a good side.My boys need to work extra mile if they want to achieve in tomorrow’s game and I wish them best of luck in their outings,”he said.
Action resume this afternoon as Diadem Stallion welcome Team360 FC by 3pm at the Lagos State Polytechnic sports center, Isolo.
On Wednesday, Bucknor would be at home Against Young Strikers.The match would hold by 3pm at Isheri Community Primary School.
Arubinjaga would host Ibeju-Lekki United by 3pm at the Eleja Primary School,Igbogbo, Ikorodu.
SGH would be a guest to Utmost FC by 3pm at the Unizee FA academy ground, Agbowa, Sagamu Road.
On Saturday,DN10 would also welcome Ighalo FC by 3pm at Ibeju-Lekki.
