Rising Stars Football League Enters Round Of 12 in Lagos

The ongoing Rising Stars Football League, which kicked off some weeks ago across various centres in Badagry and it’s environs has reached the round of 12.

A total of 96 clubs started the race in the competition being organised by Badagry Divisional Football Association BDFA.

Eight teams have already qualified for the round of 12.The qualified teams are Chekas United, Iwaya FC, Emaljus FC, Heritage FC,Royal FC,Roro House FC,Power Of De Cross FC and ECAS FC.

Four matches would be played today at the Nathaniel Idowu Sports center, Ajegunle to decide the remaining four teams that would book a place in the round of 12.

In the matches play today, Praise King face Justice Intervention FC, New Era tackle Rivas FC, Realms Athletic battlee Sammy FC, while AUX FC tackle Akanbite FC.

Meanwhile 12 teams are expected to collect certificate of qualifying for round of 12 on Saturday at the Atlas Company Press Conference Hall, Coker-Orile.

The organisers have urged the 12 teams to come with the club owner, manager, coach and captain before presenting certificate of qualifying for round of 12 to them.
