A Lagos-based semi professional club, Prince Kazeem Eletu Football Club would clash with Nathaniel Idowu Boys Academy known as Nath Boys in high profile friendly match on Thursday morning (7am) at the legacy pitch of National Stadium, Surulere, Lagos.
Eletu would be among the teams that would play in the forthcoming Lagos FA Cup and their friendly match against Nath Boys on Thursday morning would be a litmus test for them in preparation for the biggest football competition coming up January ,2025.
Speaking ahead of tomorrow clash, Prince Kazeem Eletu team manager, Eletu Muftau said they have started early preparation for next year’s Lagos FA Cup by facing Naths Boys in a friendly match that would bring the best out of the players.
“Our friendly match against Nath Boys is a litmus test for both new and old players in our team and secondly it would also help the coaching crew led by Isreal Adegolu to assess the players for the Lagos FA Cup.
“I am expecting good display from our boys tomorrow so that our fans should know that Prince Kazeem Eletu boys are back and better and ready for future challenges.It is going to be a tough friendly for both teams and I wish our guys all the best,”he said.
Commenting on the mood of the players in camp ahead of tomorrow game, Muftau popularly known as Junior said the boys are in high spirit and they are ready to give their opponents a run for their money.
He disclosed that the management has provided every necessary support to motivate the players and they are ready to make their fans happy not only in tomorrow’s match but Lagos FA Cup comes next year.
