Isreali FIFA Licensed Football Agent,Roni Layous has expressed delight at Madestone Football Academy for its commitment to nurturing young players from the grassroots, emphasizing that this developmental approach not only fosters authentic talent but also circumvents the prevalent issue of age falsification in football.
He revealed this after Chief Executive Officer of Madestone Football Academy based in Ibadan,Oyo State,Tobi Olubiyi had a chat with Layous concerning the progress and his vision for the academy at the football scouting programme held recently at the University of Ibadan Sports Center.
The event served as a platform for scouting talent and exchanging ideas around sustainable youth development in football.
Layous who was impressed with the organisation of Madestone Football Academy said the academy is committed to nurturing young players to stardom and focus more on player’s development.
“It’s refreshing to see a focus on youth development that starts early and is transparent,” Layous remarked. “I hope more academies adopt this model rather than concentrating on over-aged players,” he said.
Olubiyi however said his meeting with Isreali FIFA Licensed football Agent marked a promising milestone for Madestone Football Academy as Layous’ support would unlock new pathways for its most talented players, enabling them to pursue football careers abroad within clubs and environments that can nurture their full potential.
Olubiyi who also doubles as Head Coach of the Academy conveyed his hopes for collaboration with Layous, envisioning future opportunities for Madestone’s emerging talents to be scouted by European clubs, setting them on the right track toward international success.
