Lagos FA Dissolves Ex Chairman Foaud Oki Standing Committees, Constitute New Committees

After reviewing the standing committees constituted by Immediate past Chairman of Lagos State Football Association, Ogboni Fouad Oki, the new board led by Alhaji Laimmed Olawale Gafar have decided to dissolve all the committees with immediate effect except the Principal Cup and Lagos Street Soccer Competition Committees.

In a release signed by Secretary of the LSFA, Akeem Rabiu-Okikioposu stated that the relevant standing committees would fast track the goals of the association was immediately reconstituted

The statement further stated that The Principal Cup commiittee will be handed over to the owners, All Nigeria Confederation of Principals of Secondary Schools ANCOPPS, while the Lagos State Street Soccer will equally be handed over to the owners, Lagos State Sports Commission accordingly.

“This is necessary to ensure transparency and fairness in the administration of football as we will continue to partner with every genuine stakeholders for the development and promotion of football for a greater Lagos,” the statement reads.

Meanwhile the LSFA has reconstituted new Committees.The commitees are following.

Technical Commiittee would be chaired by Adekeye Onadeko.Match Commissioners Committee headed by Alhaji Tijani Azeez, Marketing/Sponsorship commiittee is chaired by Damilare Orimoloye.Refrees Commiittee is headed by Ogunmuyiwa Jimoh.

In addition, media committee is headed by Damilare Orimoloye, while women committee is headed by Yemisi Cole as security committee is headed by Jibola George.
