A fast rising Lagos based academy, Power Ranger Football Academy of Ipaja Lagos, are planning for UK tour by next year March.
The Academy was set up by Ajayi Olumide Adedapo some years ago and the academy has been making progress in the development and exposing the players to the various football competitions.
The academy were in Ghana tour recently where they played many friendly matches to keep the young players fit ahead of future football tournaments
Adedapo while chatting with our correspondent recently confirmed that the academy has partnered with the Tharmm Equest,one of the leading Black Entertainment Companies in UK to give them necessary support ahead of UK tour.
“We are still in talk with our partner in UK,Tharmm Equest Company to support our trip to UK and i am happy that they are ready to support us in its own little way.We still need more support from other individual or corporate body so that we can have a good outing in UK,”he said.
Adedapo who doubles as Leader of Agege Football Coaches Council explained that players from other clubs who are interested to partake in the European tour can join his club in preparation for the tour.
“Of course we allow players from outside who can meet our requirements.We have our players in place but there is still room for any player who are interested in the tour to join us for early preparation,”he said.
Adedapo disclosed that the club would spend three weeks in UK and engage a friendly match with UK school football teams and West Ham academy throughout their stay in UK.
