Barely some weeks to the commencement of the Nigeria National League (NNL)a new NNL team, I472 Football Club on Saturday afternoon unveiled its management staff to Lagos fans.
At the unveiling ceremony, Segun Sani was unveiled as CEO of the club, Seyi Jones and Otega Deniran were also unveiled as General Manager and Head coach, respectively
The event which took place at the Union Bank Sport bar, Surulere witnessed large crowd in attendance as 1472 FC also unveiled its players that would feature in the forthcoming 2023/24 season l.
Speaking at event, Dr Sani expressed delight with the unveiling of the club saying that 1472 FC are ready for the new season.
“I thank God for the unveiling of the club and i must commend the people of Surulere for their support to make this vision comes to reality.We are also planning academy by next year January.We are having this club to identify talents at the early age and give young players opportunity to showcase their talents to the world,”he said.
In his own comment, General manager, Jones said the club has come to stay amd promised good outing for the club in the new season.
Other members in the attendance are Honourable Desmond Elliot,member Lagos House of Assembly, Surulere Council boss, Sulaiman Bamidele Yusuf,Mr and host of others.
