A Lagos based NLO team, Messiah Football Club of Ikeja has appointed Adewale Adeyemi as a new team manager of the club with immediate effect.
In a statement released by the chairman of the club, Dr Reverend Apostle Micheal Abiodun Oganla stated that Adeyemi has been confirmed as the new manager of the club and he would be reporting of the club activities back to General manager, Mr Deji Beecroft and humbel self on daily basis.
Aside this, Adeyemi would also be in charge of well-being of coaches and players and ensure that the club is making progress in its activities.
“Adeyemi was once a coach in Messiah before and we are glad to announce that he has been appointed as a new team manager of the club and he would be giving reports to the management on the daily activities of the club.I wish him best of luck on a new job,”the statement reads.
While reacting to his new appointment, Adeyemi thanked the club management for appointing him as new manager of the club and promised to give his best.
“I thank God for this great opportunity bestowed on me to serve at this capacity.It is a rare priviledge which I must be ready and always ready available to discharge my duties to the best of my knowledge and capacity with or without supervision.The Club(De Sportif Messiah have always been on my priority list since from my time of being the assistant coach to the time of my appointment as the Head coach of the club.
“I served the club diligently and with uprightness, till my time of departure, I left no stone unturned. Hence my consideration for this current appointment as the club’s team manager.I return all Glory to God Almighty for His unwavering love over me till this moment and beyond.
“I also want to seize this great opportunity to say a very big thank you to Baba(The Oganla of our time),the General Overseer of Messiah Church Worldwide, may the annointing not dwindle by pinch in Jesus Name.
“I will be ungrateful if I will not mention the only man behind the curtains that have been making the waves, the man here, the man there, who am I calling on and no other person than the only Adedeji Adedamola Beecroft, my ever resilient, ever rugged TM as fondly called, as my line for you always, you shall be like the seed planted by the Riverside, you shall never run dry, you shall continue to soar like an eagle in all ramifications.
“I also thank the coaching crew led by Tunde Adeyinka and the players for their cooperation.I believe that Messiah would ne waxing stronger during my own time as Team manager of the club,” he concluded.
