The Director General, Lagos State Sports Commission, Oluwatoyin Gafaar on Tuesday 7 February 2023 clocked 55 years.
At the office, despite his busy schedules, Head of Departments and some other staff, came around to mark and celebrate the day with him amid pomp at the Teslim Balogun Stadium in Surulere, Lagos.
