The battle for final ticket would be decided this morning as four teams are expected to be in action against each other in the ongoing 1XBET Final 8 community Cup.
The 1XBET final 8 which began yesterday at the LASU sports center would continue this morning as teams are under pressure ahead of their game.
In the semi final pairing, Bariga FC tackle Elite FC, by 11am, while Young Strikers face Odion Ighalo FC in the second game.12noon.
The winners in each game would proceed to the final which scheduled to hold on 23, November at Mobolaji Johnson Arena formally known as Onikan Stadium, Lagos.
The loosers would play third place match on Wednesday at LASU sports center to decide the third position.
Speaking ahead of today’s match, tournament cordinator, Waheed Akanni said the organising commiittee has put necessary measures in place to hold semi final matches and urged the teams to play the game according to the rules and regulations.
“Today is the semifinal and we have put all necessary logistics in place to ensure that the two matches hold. Of course, there is tension among the four teams because every team wants to play in the final. It is going to be a tough battle and i wish all the teams best of luck in their Outings, “he said.
