No fewer than 12 All Stars Football Clubs are expected to participate in the forthcoming Isheri -Idimu All Stars Unity Cup.
The All Stars Unity Cup would hold on 2, November, 2024 at the Community Primary School, Isheri, Alimosho, Lagos.
Among the All Stars FC registered for the tournament are Isheri -Idimu All Stars, Oregun All Stars, Egan All Stars and Ikorodu All Stars.
Match coordinator, Adeyemi Agboola said slots are still available for interested teams for participation and announced the sum of N100,000 for registration fees.
“Only few All Stars have confirmed their readiness for the tournament and we are still expecting more All Stars Clubs from different part of the state to come and register with us
“One of the requirements of the tournament is that players who are aboved 45 years old are eligible to participate so we won’t condone any form of age cheat from any All Stars Club during the tournament,”he said.
Agboola said the aim of the competition is to allow the adult players to keep themselves fit and busy during the November period.
He however revealed that the tourney would give the participating players to share their ideas and experiences together during the tournament and urged the participants to play the game according to the rules and regulations.
